Perispark ("we", "us") provides an AI-powered advertising management platform that connects to your Google Ads and Meta Ads accounts to analyze and help optimize campaign performance. This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it.
2. Information we collect
We collect account information you provide (name, email, workspace details), advertising data retrieved from connected ad platforms (campaign structure, performance metrics, budgets, and ad content), and OAuth tokens that authorize our access to those platforms. We also collect standard usage and log data to operate and secure the service.
3. How we use your information
We use your data solely to provide the service: displaying your advertising performance, generating AI-driven analysis and recommendations, syncing data on a schedule you control, and communicating with you about your account. We do not sell your data, and we do not use your advertising data to train general-purpose AI models.
4. Google and Meta API data
Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Data received from Meta APIs is handled in accordance with the Meta Platform Terms. Access tokens are encrypted at rest and used only to retrieve and manage advertising data on your behalf.
5. Data sharing
We share data only with sub-processors necessary to run the service (such as cloud hosting and database providers, and AI model providers for generating analysis), each bound by confidentiality and data-protection obligations. We may also disclose data when required by law.
6. Data retention and deletion
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may disconnect an ad platform at any time, which revokes our access and deletes the associated tokens. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting us, and we will complete the deletion within 30 days.
7. Security
We use industry-standard safeguards including encryption in transit and at rest, encrypted storage of OAuth tokens, role-based access controls, and tenant isolation so each workspace can only access its own data.
8. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Contact us to exercise these rights.
