1. Who we are
Perispark is operated by Aemorph, a company based in Singapore ("Aemorph", "we", "us"). Perispark is an AI-powered advertising management platform that connects to your Google Ads and Meta Ads accounts to analyze and help optimize campaign performance. This policy explains what personal data and advertising data we collect, how we use it, and the choices and rights you have.
2. Information we collect
We collect: (a) account information you provide (name, email, and workspace/organization details); (b) advertising data retrieved from connected ad platforms (campaign, ad group, ad and keyword structure, performance metrics, budgets, and ad content); (c) OAuth tokens that authorize our access to those platforms; and (d) standard usage and log data (such as IP address, device/browser information, and actions taken) used to operate, secure, and improve the service.
3. How we use your information
We use your data solely to provide and improve the service: authenticating you, displaying your advertising performance, generating AI-driven analysis and recommendations, syncing data on a schedule you control, executing changes you explicitly approve, and communicating with you about your account. We do not sell your data, we do not use your advertising data for advertising to you, and we do not use it to train general-purpose AI models.
4. Google and Meta API data
Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Data received from Meta APIs is handled in accordance with the Meta Platform Terms and Developer Policies. Access and refresh tokens are encrypted at rest and used only to retrieve and manage advertising data on your behalf; you can revoke this access at any time by disconnecting the account.
5. Service providers and sub-processors
We share data only with sub-processors necessary to run the service, each bound by confidentiality and data-protection obligations and permitted to use the data only to provide their service to us: Clerk (authentication), Supabase (database and file storage), Vercel (application hosting), and AI providers — Anthropic, OpenAI, and Google — which process report and chat content to generate analysis. We do not permit these providers to use your data for their own purposes, including training their models. We may also disclose data where required by law or to protect our rights and users.
6. International data transfers
Aemorph is based in Singapore, and our sub-processors may store and process data in other countries, including the United States. Where data is transferred across borders, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as the providers' standard contractual clauses and data-processing terms) to protect it consistent with this policy and applicable law.
7. Cookies
We use strictly necessary cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, maintain your session, and secure the service. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. You can control cookies through your browser, though disabling essential cookies may prevent you from signing in.
8. Data retention and deletion
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may disconnect an ad platform at any time, which revokes our access and deletes the associated tokens. You may delete your workspace or request deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting us, and we will complete the deletion within 30 days, except where we are required to retain certain records by law.
9. Security
We use industry-standard safeguards including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, encrypted storage of OAuth tokens, role-based access controls, and tenant isolation (row-level security) so each workspace can only access its own data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data and to promptly address any incident.
10. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, export, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal data, and to withdraw consent. We handle personal data of individuals in Singapore in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA); residents of the EEA/UK (GDPR) and California (CCPA/CPRA) have additional rights under those laws. 11. Children
Perispark is a business tool not directed to children and is intended for users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here with a new effective date and, for material changes, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
