Terms of Service

1. Agreement
By creating an account or using Perispark, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you use the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.
2. The service
Perispark provides software that connects to third-party advertising platforms (including Google Ads and Meta Ads) to retrieve, analyze, and help manage advertising data using AI-generated insights and recommendations.
3. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials, for ensuring you have the right to connect the ad accounts you link, and for all activity that occurs under your workspace. You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to access other tenants' data, or use the service in violation of applicable law or third-party platform policies.
4. AI-generated content
Recommendations and analysis produced by Perispark are generated by AI models and are provided for informational purposes. You remain solely responsible for reviewing and approving any changes made to your advertising accounts. We do not guarantee specific advertising outcomes.
5. Third-party platforms
Your use of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other connected platforms remains subject to those platforms' own terms and policies. We are not responsible for changes, outages, or actions taken by third-party platforms, including suspension of your advertising accounts.
6. Fees
Paid plans are billed as described at the time of purchase. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with reasonable advance notice.
7. Intellectual property
We retain all rights in the Perispark software and branding. You retain all rights in your data, and you grant us a limited license to process it solely to provide the service.
8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Perispark will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or advertising spend, arising from use of the service.
9. Termination
You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
10. Changes and contact
We may update these terms from time to time and will notify you of material changes. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. Questions? Contact legal@perispark.com.
